Dogs Most at Risk

The pets listed are the dogs most at risk in our shelter for euthanasia. You can read their notes to learn more about the specific needs and behaviors exhibited in the shelter. Some of these dogs will be at risk of euthanasia because the shelter has run out of space, and or their medical/behaviors limit their opportunities for positive outcomes. Our team works to identify these at-risk pets as early as possible to provide every support and intervention possible to help them find an adopter, foster, or rescue.

We will continue to provide transparency and inform fosters of pets that are at risk of euthanasia. Each card will provide a reason for the designation and if they have a set day/time that has been established that they need to be out of the shelter.
