The RGV Humane Society has kept Harlingen a no-kill community, and will soon do the same with The City of Mission. WINE & WHISKERS
Wine & Whiskers is an annual fundraising event for the Rio Grande Valley Humane Society. It has been occurring for four years, each year better than the one before! Wine & Whiskers originated from cocktail gatherings and has grown into an annual Gala event.
All proceeds go towards spay/neuter for all pets in the Rio Grande Valley.
